“If you’re a really popular artist it can make sense to be on a label, because there’s a reach that you can’t do on your own.”

The guys from the Canadian metal band Striker are a great example of how a young band can go from their garage to being signed by a renowned label and then start their own label and become clever businessmen. We talked with singer Dan Cleary and guitarist Tim Brown to learn more about their interesting venture.
