EPISODE 2.04: Reggie Washington about longevity, mediocrity, and leadership in music

Posted on Nov 5, 2015 in Season 2

Reggie Washington is an established and versatile bass player, who has been making his mark with his remarkable basslines for decades. He was a key participant in the Modern Jazz revolution of the 80’s and 90’s and became known touring, recording and performing with Steve Coleman, Branford Marsalis, Cassandra Wilson, and more. We had the great pleasure to sit down with Reggie and talk about the music world, and it turned out to be a very inspirational talk. Another must-watch episode.

PS: Get Reggie Washington’s brand-new album RAINBOW SHADOW – A Tribute To Jef Lee Johnson. We like it a lot!
